These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Plug & Profit (the "Service"), including the quiz, generated business kits, member content, and any related materials. Plug & Profit provides a questionnaire-based tool that generates a personalized, ready-to-run online business plan and related materials for the user, using a combination of templated content and AI-generated text. The specific business, industry, or "niche" presented to any individual user is generated based on their answers and is provided for informational and planning purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are using the Service for your own lawful business purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third party's rights;
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;

You may use your personalized business content to operate your own business, but you may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service, its templates, or its underlying methodology as your own product.

Nothing provided through the Service constitutes legal, tax, financial, or professional business advice. The business ideas, plans, projections, and roadmap materials generated by the Service are illustrative and educational in nature. You should consult a qualified professional before making business, financial, or legal decisions.

Any earnings or income examples referenced within the Service are aspirational and illustrative only. They are not a promise, guarantee, or representation of what you will earn.
